ทำยังไง อ่านหนังสือแล้วเข้าใจ ?
อ่านหนังสือหลายๆ เล่ม แล้วเอาแก่นของแต่ละเล่มมาเสริม มาต่อกันได้ ?
อ่านยังไง แล้วสรุปเป็นภาษาเข้าใจง่ายๆ ได้?

ความลับคือ
หัวใจของการอ่าน "ไม่ได้"อยู่ที่การอ่าน
แต่มันอยู่ที่การ "เรียบเรียง/ดึงออกมาใช้"
หรือ ภาษาอังกฤษเรียกว่า "Retrieve"
Tony Robbins บอกว่า
ทุกครั้ง ที่เค้าอ่านหนังสือจบเล่ม
ทุกครั้ง หลังจากจบสัมมนา
และทุกครั้ง หลังจากที่พูดคุยปรึกษากับใคร
สิ่งแรกที่เค้าทำหลังจากจบ คือ
"นั่งเขียน"
เขียนว่า ได้เรียนรู้อะไร
เขียนว่า อะไรน่าสนใจ ต้องไปศึกษาต่อ
เขียนว่า จะลงมือทำ(Take Action) อะไร
ผมเองก็ทำแบบเดียวกัน
อ่านจบ / เรียนจบ
ปิดหนังสือ
นั่งเขียน เรียบเรียง
เป็นภาษาที่เราเข้าใจ
(ย้ำ! ไม่ใช่เปิดหนังสือ แล้วนั่งเขียนสรุป
แต่ปิดหนังสือ แล้วเล่าสิ่งที่เราเข้าใจ)
แล้วคุณจะแปลกใจว่า
แรกๆ คุณอาจจะเขียนอะไรไม่ออกเลย
(เหมือนอ่านแล้วไม่ได้อะไร)
หลังๆจะเริ่ม เขียนได้
นานๆ เข้า จะเริ่มผสมหลักการจากหลายๆ เล่มเข้าด้วยกัน ประยุกต์ และต่อยอดไอเดียได้หลากหลาย
